after a degree in organizational communications and a few years in editorial and marketing, she started writing songs on her guitar—out of boredom, curiosity, and the need to say something she couldn’t elsewhere.

2016 kickstarter

while working as a managing editor for a print magazine, she launched a kickstarter to give music a try. her first songs soon landed on spotify, marking the quiet start of her recording career.

wrote her first feature about her mother and their musical connection—an experiment in learning how to screenwrite, opening a door to visual storytelling through her music.

wrote her fourth ep and co-directed her music video, "stomachache."

adapted that feature from 2020 into her first short film, no more sad songs—an almost true story of two women who show their love in different ways in the green room before the big show.

no more sad songs completed its festival run (american cinematheque's women wednesday, viet film, indie memphis), began writing music for film, contributing both a cover and an original song to the new wave documentary (oscars eligible 2024).
